Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Worked fine for me!   November 12, 2008
Well what can I say? I had no problems installing this at all - no probs with registering it and no probs with having to give any account details.

I have it running on two machines at present - a laptop and a desktop - using the same key.

On my desktop it found over 800 problems - admittedly most of them low-priority - just lost threads etc but it cleared up all of these problems and all those on the laptop and both machines are working much better now.

So, unlike the other reviewers I'd have to say a thumbs up so far!

3 out of 5 stars puzzling installation problem   October 19, 2008

This Product allows you install the software on three computers by registering the same name and licence key.On one computer,it wouldn't install at all,on another it was fine.On the Computer, where it worked,it was fine.It found a number of issues and sorted them out.It links to Defragmenter and was, again, fine. My machine seemed to start and run faster as a result. However,in my opinion,it's expensive for software that offers relatively little in functionality.I would neither recommend nor put someone off this purchase.

This might be a good product but unable to fully evaluate as the supplied registration code is incorrect.

1 out of 5 stars PCTools & 64-bit   December 24, 2007

I have to agree with the previous reviewer regarding PCTools sneaky way of automatically deducting the money from your account each year. I got caught out by this and I did not even sign up for automatic renewal. They do, however, cancel the auto subscription and refund your money if you ask them to.

Also be aware that althougth the product states it works on Windows Vista, it only provides basic support on Vista. Oh, and do not buy if you have a 64-bit OS; this company seems to be very reluctant and slow about making their products 64-bit compatible.

I would choose a different product if I were you.

1 out of 5 stars Beware of this company.   August 20, 2007

Beware of this company.
If you download and install their software, once you pay you have to register and manually prevent them from automatically debiting your account at each renewal (yes, that means they don't need your permission to take your money)
