Netshop by SolarSoft is an economical tool for creating an e-commerce site for small or home-based businesses. There is no need to understand HTML or any programming at all. The entire process is point-and-click with wizards for everything you need. Complete templates with navigation buttons are included in the Netshop package. When your content is complete, publishing is just as easy, with a one-button File Transfer Protocol (FTP) application built right in. The Web site you create will work on any ISP, no matter the operating system. The software comes with a printable 23-page manual in PDF format, and, just in case you don't have an ISP already, Netshop includes a CD with free Internet service. Included in this version of Netshop are some tidbits that you won't get with Netshop Lite, including a shopping cart with 448-bit encryption, a Search Engine listing tool and improved template editing. It is important to be aware that in order to work on free ISPs the shopping cart is a self-extracting executable file which runs on the shopper's own computer. Some shoppers may be afraid to download and run this application from an unfamiliar Web site. Any shopper not on a Microsoft operating system will be unable to access the shopping cart at all. Beware. Netshop is not compatible with Windows XP. The last software development was about 4 years ago so don't assume that you are dealing with state of the art software or that upgrades will be made available to solve problems with new operating systems.I'm sure it works very well....probably true to the description. Sadly I never got to find out!!

This product enabled me to create an e-commerce site for my company within minutes, it was so easy I was amazed!!!
