I already had a copy of this software on my computer and because I found it so useful I bought another copy for my wife's laptop, as she had an earlier version which was not nearly so good.
It is so user friendly, such that it only takes a few clicks to edit photos. You can even batch edit if you want to.
I also have Paintshop Pro 8, but Photo Premium 10 is so much easier to use, albeit that it does not have as many features.
If you can find this software for 5.00 or so, buy it! You will not regret it.

Unlike the other reviwer I am very pleased with my purchase, which I got as part of the Works Suite 2005.It installed easily and already I have uploaded photos, made and printed collages, discovered a great template section for calenders and that was only in the first couple of hours. So far, so good.

It is a waste of time don't bother buying it because you cant even do anything with it!
