Whatever they say about Microsoft their products are out in front. MapPoint 2004 is a marvelous buisiness tool.

This software is basically Autoroute with extra functionality. It can be used for route planning as per autoroute but has the additional functionality of being able to import date from postcodes and to create territories by the various levels of postcode from 2 to 4 digit level.
Great for mapping sales territories, and customers. Would highly recommend
