2 out of 5 stars PowerPoint style lecture   March 15, 2006

If you are expecting to see a technician go through some components or installations then go for another video training package, There is no film of a technician installing any components. The video consists only of static photos diagrams and text, both the text and images are best viewed in 800 x 600 any larger and it becomes grainy and uncomfortable to view.

This video training cd appears to be made using PowerPoint or similar, It consists of visual text and audio only. The narrative is straight to the point and matter of fact the lecturer?s delivery is somewhat monotone and a little nasal.

I didn?t like the introduction where windows 2000 is the most current OS, Having said this Windows XP is covered. Also at the time this video was made the average CPU speed was 550MHz.

All in all I found this video disappointing.
