This works well but...if you have any kind of hardware/software problem that requires a reinstall more than a couple of times or you restore a Ghost image, every time you switch on you are required to 'activate the product' until Symantec disables it - Symantec customer care is the worst I have ever encountered. More like customer don't care! If you manage top get through to somebody who can speak English all you get is a standard 'it's company policy that the product can only be installed three times and only on one PC and you will have to purchase a new copy' even though you have paid them for a subscription!, they treat you as a potential software pirate (a criminal) even though it's Symantec sofware that has caused the problem in the first place! Don't touch it with bargepole!

I always wanted a good bundle of the little tools you simply need for system maintenance. Systemworks turns out to have everything I was looking for, plus: it even contains a hardware checking application (checkit diagnostics).

I needed a new software to defrag my hard drives after I got to know that the windows internal solution takes a few days for the job. After comparing software it came to me that System Works would be the most convenient one, not only because of its features then because of the price. Norton Antivirus and Norton Utilities come for free in this bundle and these are quite handy too.

I always had the feeling as if my computer needed some performance tuning, who knows what kind of crap comes down the line while surfing on the internet. So I got myself Norton System Works, which promised to erase unwanted data trash from my pc. In fact it integrates into the Internet Explorer so that I can delete all the trash while I?m surfing. During installation of new software System Works oversees the process so nothing is left on the HD after deinstallation (very nice feature!). It also includes Norton Anti Virus which deletes spyware AND viruses. I'd say this package is a good deal.
