Ulead Photo Express 3.0 is the best Photo Editing Software I've came across. I got it bundled with a scanner I got a few years back and been using it ever since. It's great editing my digital photos. Lighting it, cropping it and making the photos in snowy or rainy conditions. I also used it for uploading photos from my First Digital cameras and they are better quality and lower sized format saving them using Ulead Photo Express instead of through the computer. If it is availible anywhere I recommend you buy it. Although it only says it works in Win 95 and 98, it works in 2000, ME and XP. Overall 10/10.

If your the sort of person that takes digital photos and likes a program thats easy to understand and can upload your photos to your pc, then this can do that. But it also has a few special features if you want to get creative with some photos, either to make them humourus, or artisitic. You can stretch, resize, cut, shade, manipulate and touch up pictures with ease, even layer them when you become more familiar with modifying pictures.Also has a photo management tool to easily manage your photos into albums.

This is a program very easy to follow with step by step instruction. Good for anyone who has just started using digital photography.
